Return policy
- Towels, Bathrobes: Exchange or return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Bedsheets, Duvets, Pillows: Exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, pillows and pillow inserts cannot be returned once opened.

We deliver to all cities across Egypt.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Cash on delivery is available with a small service fee.
Material & Care

The machine washes on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve softness and color.
Cancelation & Tracking
You can update or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed.
