We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at shakertarek88@hotmail.com. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبلغ
لدينا سياسة استرجاع لمدة 30 يومًا، ويمكنك طلب الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا من استلام المنتج.
يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وغير مرتدى، وبحالته الأصلية، مع وجود الـ Tags والتغليف الأصلي وإثبات الشراء.
لطلب الاسترجاع، يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر shakertarek88@hotmail.com. يجب إرسال المنتجات المرتجعة إلى عنوان الاسترجاع الذي يتم توضيحه لك، ولن يتم قبول أي مرتجعات دون طلب مسبق.
المنتجات التالفة أو بها مشكلة
يرجى فحص طلبك عند استلامه والتواصل معنا فورًا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب أو تم استلام منتج غير صحيح.
المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع بعض المنتجات، ومنها المنتجات المصممة أو المخصصة، ومنتجات العناية الشخصية، والمواد الخطرة، والسوائل أو الغازات القابلة للاشتعال، والمنتجات المخفضة، وبطاقات الهدايا.
الاستبدال
لاستبدال المنتج، يجب إرجاع المنتج الأصلي أولًا. وبعد قبول الاسترجاع، يمكنك طلب المنتج البديل بشكل منفصل.
استرداد المبلغ
بعد استلام وفحص المنتج المرتجع، سنبلغك بقبول أو رفض طلب استرداد المبلغ. وفي حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل.
