Return & Exchange

What is your return policy?

  • Towels, Bathrobes: Exchange or return within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Bedsheets, Duvets, Pillows: Exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, pillows and pillow inserts cannot be returned once opened.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We will replace it immediately.
